I'm torn between 3-4 stars. As far as looks go, its a upscale product. It seems like its somewhere within Ultra and Mid-century modern. The color as others have stated isn't an bright Apple store white, however more of an off, vanilla. That being said this futon is 4 feet faraway from a stark white desk but neither piece looks unnatural, also incandescent lighting will cast a reasonable warm light around the room that they can almost get to be the same color. From your assembly standpoint I'd say its a 3 or even a 4 based upon when it's time to turnover it right side up.
