I'm torn between 3-4 stars. As much as looks go, its a 5 star product. It appears its anywhere between Ultra and Mid-century modern. The colour as others have stated isn't a bright Apple store white, but in fact really an off, vanilla. Having said that this futon is 4 feet far from a stark bright white desk but neither piece looks unnatural, also incandescent lighting will cast a reasonable warm light around the room they almost get to be the same color. From your assembly standpoint I'd say its a 3 or perhaps a 4 based upon when the time comes to flip it right side up. The Two halves are tied together via a standard hinge and flipping it over on your own can be quite a chore because there is a lot flex this indicates as if its gonna break. 2 people flipping at the same time solves the matter but it is now possible on your own at the same time, you just can't toss it on its feet 's all I'm saying. The feet, while metal, really are a VERY thin gauge tubing. I could understand as other folks have said the legs have snapped on the welds why. I do not get folks that expect futons to be a full-time primary bed and want enhanced comfort of a tempurpedic, a futon is the identical void as being a daybed, occasional sleeping for naps or temporary guests without having to take up how big is a full time dedicated framed mattress bed. Now as much as the material, the faux leather/pleather looks nice, yet it's super, very, very, thin. It is possible to tell by just pushing your finger with it how thin it can be. for this reason, I will say dogs, cats, and children looking at this could destroy it in about 10 mins. it is only such a thin, soft material, i just honestly believe that the covering will degrade a long time before the frame, cushioning, etc.We have several faux leather ottomans from Target and they're a much thicker, resilient material than this. The thinness with the covering may also show stretching pretty fast, there is a side which includes more wrinkles compared to the other from only the occasional use. However the tufted design will hide it, and also a few pillows which will be on the website anyway.
