I'm torn between 3-4 stars. As far as looks go, its a upscale product. It seems its somewhere between Ultra and Mid-century modern. The color as others have stated 's no bright Apple store white, but in fact really an off, vanilla. That being said this futon is 4 feet faraway from a stark bright white desk but neither piece looks homeless, also incandescent lighting will cast a reasonable warm light about the room which they almost become the same color. From an assembly standpoint I'd say its a 3 or perhaps a 4 based upon when it's time turnover it right side up. The Two halves are tied together with a standard hinge and flipping it over alone can be quite a chore while there is much flex it seems as though its going to break. 2 people flipping at the same time solves the problem but it can be done by yourself at the same time, you merely can't toss it on its feet is perhaps all I'm saying. Feet, while metal, are a VERY thin gauge tubing. I could understand as other individuals have said the legs have snapped on the welds why.
