I'm torn between 3-4 stars. As far as looks go, its a five star product. It seems like its somewhere between Ultra and Mid-century modern. Large as others have stated isn't a bright Apple store white, but in fact more of an off, vanilla. With that said this futon is 4 feet from a stark white-colored desk but neither piece looks homeless, also incandescent lighting will cast enough of a warm light for the room that they can almost get to be the same color. From your assembly standpoint I'd say its a 3 or a 4 based upon when it comes time to flip it right side up. Both The halves are tied together by way of a standard hinge and flipping it over by yourself could be a chore because there is much flex it seems like just as if its going to break. 2 people flipping concurrently solves the issue but easy it really is alone also, you just can't toss it on its feet is all I'm saying. Your feet, while metal, really are a VERY thin gauge tubing. I can understand as others have said the legs have snapped in the welds why. Resting on it bare for a full night generally is a stretch but also for an intermittent afternoon nap, I needed no issues normally the one time I could it. I can't get folks that expect futons to become fulltime primary bed and want contentment of the tempurpedic, a futon is identical void as being a daybed, occasional sleeping for naps or temporary guests without taking up how big is the full time dedicated framed mattress bed. Now as far as the information, the faux leather/pleather looks nice, but it's super, very, very, thin.
