I'm torn between 3-4 stars. So far as looks go, its a 5 star product. It appears its somewhere between Ultra and Mid-century modern. The color as others have stated 's no bright Apple store white, however much more of an off, vanilla. That being said this futon is 4 feet far from a stark white desk but neither piece looks out of place, also incandescent lighting will cast enough of a warm light around the room which they almost become the same color.
