I'm torn between 3-4 stars. As far as looks go, its a upscale product. It appears its anywhere between Ultra and Mid-century modern. The colour as others have stated 's no bright Apple store white, however more of an off, vanilla. That being said this futon is 4 feet away from a stark white-colored desk but neither piece looks unnatural, also incandescent lighting will cast enough of a warm light for the room that they can almost become the same color. From an assembly standpoint I'd say its a 3 or a 4 depending upon when it comes time turnover it right side up. The Two halves are tied together via a standard hinge and flipping it over alone is usually a chore nevertheless there is so much flex it seems like as if its going to break. 2 people flipping concurrently solves the matter but it can be done on your own at the same time, you just can't toss it on its feet is all I'm saying. Feet, while metal, can be a VERY thin gauge tubing. I could understand as others have said the legs have snapped at the welds why.
