I'm torn between 3-4 stars. So far as looks go, its a 5 star product. It seems like its anywhere between Ultra and Mid-century modern. Large as others have stated 's no bright Apple store white, but in fact a greater portion of an off, vanilla. With that in mind this futon is 4 feet away from a stark bright white desk but neither piece looks unnatural, also incandescent lighting will cast a reasonable warm light around the room that they can almost end up being the same color.
