I'm torn between 3-4 stars. As much as looks go, its a elegant product. It appears its somewhere within Ultra and Mid-century modern. Large as others have stated isn't an bright Apple store white, however more of an off, vanilla. Having said that this futon is 4 feet away from a stark bright white desk but neither piece looks out of place, also incandescent lighting will cast enough of a warm light for the room which they almost end up being the same color. I would not get people that expect futons to become fulltime primary bed and wish improved of a tempurpedic, a futon is the same void being a daybed, occasional sleeping for naps or temporary guests without taking up the size of the full time dedicated framed mattress bed. Now so far as the fabric, the faux leather/pleather looks nice, however it is super, very, very, thin.
