I'm torn between 3-4 stars. As far as looks go, its a five star product. It appears its anywhere between Ultra and Mid-century modern. Large as others have stated is not a bright Apple store white, but in fact a greater portion of an off, vanilla. With that said this futon is 4 feet away from a stark white desk but neither piece looks homeless, also incandescent lighting will cast a good enough warm light about the room that they can almost end up being the same color. From your assembly standpoint I'd say its a 3 or even a 4 based on when it comes time to flip it right side up.
